Charles River Wildlife Killings

The campaign to destroy the geese, their eggs, babies and habitat has taken yet another life. This time Bumpy, the dominant male, was killed and mutilated.

Memorial Service

A group of  friends gathered to celebrate the life and to mourn the loss of  a favorite among the Charles River White Geese. Several local newspapers and WCVB-TV (ch-5) came to report on the service in which friends spoke about Bumpy and the ongoing horror of this brutal campaign of killings.

A bible passage was read aloud, and all held hands in prayer, promising to do all they can to save the Charles River White Geese.
